WOW! It has been a while!
A little game of catch up:
Hunter was sick for a week and had to go to the doctor. He had a sinus infection that cleared up pretty quickly. The next week, Braden got sick but his lungs were clear, so no meds.....but then a week later it turned into bronchitis and a chest cold, so he was given an antibiotic AND put on breathing treatments every 4 hours as needed....That was last Thursday. Then Friday, I went to pick Hunter up from school and he had just thrown up. I was hopeful it was just him playing to hard or something he ate, but no such luck. On Saturday, I got it....Sunday we were all fine....Monday, I got it again....and Josh got it on Tuesday. I think we are over the stomach virus, but we are still working on clearing Braden up....
Braden's Cuteness: Can you believe it??? My little man is ROLLING OVER!!! On Saturday, I tried and tried to get him to roll over and he kept getting stuck on his side. That evening, he was playing on the floor and he did it!!! He rolled from his back to his belly. Then within minutes, he was back on his back. He did it several more times after that, so I don't think it is a fluke!
Braden in his Baby Einstein Activity Center...He LOVES IT!

Hunter's cuteness: Hunter is so much fun right now. He is FINALLY to the point where he can tell me what is wrong (ex. "My belly hurts", "Mommy, it's hot") or he try to be sneaky (ex. We were out on the deck this weekend and he was in his regular clothes. Our conversation went something like this....
H: Daddy, I want to go swimming
J: Not right now.
H: Daddy, I need to go pee pee.
E: Let's go inside and go potty.
H: No, Pee pee in the grass.
J: ok, find a post. (I guess it's a boy thing)
H: (takes off shorts and pull up) I don't want to go pee pee, I want to go swimming.
See what I mean...he's a trickly little guy!)
More Hunter: We have had fun with
We bought Play-Doh and have had lots of fun with it. Here is his play doh watch (I made it for him...he's not THAT advanced in Play-Doh 101, YET!

Wearing a "cross necklace" like Josh's:

And my personal favorite...his snowman (with NO help from me....he thought of it all on his own!)

It has been so fun watching Hunter and Braden interact these last few weeks. You can tell they really enjoy each other. Braden looks up to Hunter and loves when he comes to talk to him. We are seeing some jealousy in Hunter right now, but it is pretty easily forgotten once we ask Hunter to do something with us or to help with Braden.

Here are few of his latest "quotes":
1) "Mommy, that is a great idea"
2) After grandma has been out of town for over a week "Rowdy is a boy. Sarge 'nt is a boy. Aggie is a girl. Aggie scratched Grandma"
3) In response to Braden crying. "Hey. Hey. Hey. What's he saying???"
A few pictures:
Our first date since Braden was born!

Just hanging out!
